Ground Control
Ground Control is a team of dedicated volunteers who ensure that everyone at an Insomniac festival is having a safe and memorable experience. It is a grassroots movement of proactive and approachable, young adults attempting to spread peace, love, unity, and respect to all attendees.

Insomniac Volunteers
Insomniac Volunteers cover a wide range of responsibilities, everything from ree water stations and merchandise tents. Please apply with your interest and capabilities. We look forward to adding some candidates to the Insomniac team!

In order to apply for Ground Control and the Insomniac Volunteers you must be 18+ and available all 3 days of the festival.

Please email volunteers@insomniac.com or groundcontrol@insomniac.com with your contact information, resume (VERY important) and a short introduction explaining your motives for volunteering.

The first edition of Electric Daisy Carnival New York will take place over three days next weekend.

The festival is Insomniac’s first EDC event in the tri-state area, and it will hold court at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey with local support from Pacha New York. Some of the biggest names in dance music will play across the festival’s four stages, including huge names like Armin van Buuren, ATB, Markus Schulz, Afrojack, Avicii and Fatboy Slim. Drum ‘n’ bass veterans Goldie and Dieselboy will be on hand as well.

There’s also plenty of house and techno to be had. On Saturday, Carl Cox will oversee the Neon Garden stage with help from John Digweed, Danny Tenaglia, Seth Troxler and Cassy, among others. Highlights for the Sunday session at that stage include Richie Hawtin, Loco Dice, Hot Natured and Visionquest. In true EDC fashion, there will also be an endless array of theatrical performances, interactive art displays and amusement rides scattered across the festival grounds throughout the weekend.

Locker reservations are available online for $20-$35 a day or $70 for all three days. When you book, you will receive an email three days before EDC containing your locker location, locker number, and lock combination so you can simply find and use your locker at EDC hassle-free. You will have unlimited access to your locker throughout the entire festival.
